Your Idol

The stadium was crackling with anticipation. Thousands of concertgoers hustled and bustled, waiting in line for merch, finding their seats, taking photos, and chattering about the group. Caitie was beside herself with excitement. She was about to see her favorite idol group in concert! She’d spent the past few months studying their choreography and memorizing all the fanchants. She slipped the butter yellow tour t-shirt she’d just bought over her head, light stick between her teeth. “Millie! I can’t believe it! This is actually happening!” she cheerily said to her sister. Millie merely nodded, stunned silent by the sheer size of the stadium. The hum of the crowd continued to grow as more and more fans found their seats. Finally, the lights went down and a sudden hush came over the audience. Tens of thousands of tiny red lights shimmered in the dark. Caitie nudged Millie beside her and gasped “Get out your light stick!” She waved her own above her head and let out a roar.

Please note that, due to the nature of hand-dyed yarn, no two skeins of yarn will be exactly alike. I recommend alternating skeins every few rows for projects using multiple skeins of the same colorway. If you order multiple skeins of the same colorway, I will do my best to select skeins that are the closest match.

I dye each skein with professional acid dyes and leave the yarn in the dye bath until the dye has exhausted before rinsing and soaking in wool wash. Minor color bleeding may occur on the first wash, especially with extremely dark colors.

Although I do my best to accurately represent each colorway in product photos, please note that the colors may vary depending on monitor and/or device settings.
