Shipping

US and Canada

We currently ship orders from the website domestically within the United States and internationally to Canada. Orders are usually shipped within 3 - 5 business days of the order being received. 

All US orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on package size. Delivery times will depend on your location and the postal service used. Rates are calculated at checkout.

A tracking number will be sent to the email address on file when the order has shipped. Please use this to track your package with USPS. Once packages are accepted by USPS, we are no longer responsible for lost or damaged items.

International

We can facilitate international orders via our Etsy storefront. For an international order, please contact us about what you would like to order and we will create this as a custom Etsy order.

All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Please allow extra time for international shipping. Buyer is responsible for any additional duties or customs fees.

Returns

Please note that, due to the nature of hand-dyed yarn, no two skeins of yarn will be exactly alike. This is part of the beauty of a hand-made item! Any yarn that I am not totally happy with myself will be listed as seconds and offered at a discount. That said, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, please use the contact form and let me know. Please include the order number in your message.

To initiate a return, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order. The items you wish to return must be unused, unopened, and in original packing in order to be returned. Yarns that have had the ties cut, been caked, wound into a ball, or knit with are not eligible for return. Orders exceeding the 30-day return window are also not eligible for return. Bargain basket and mystery bundle yarn sales are final.

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item. Your refund will be processed as soon as the item is received and inspected. We will contact you and let you know if there are any issues with the item and we cannot accept it. Refunds will not include the original shipping costs.
